Sodatide Guides: Every Guide, Help Page and Research Article in One Place
Quick answer
The Sodatide guides hub links every help page on this site. There are two general gut health guides, three pages on daily use, results and side effects, two pages for checking the label and bottle, and three research posts. New readers should start with the gut health guide, then read the Supplement Facts page.

Overview
What will you find in the Sodatide guides?
The Sodatide guides are plain-language pages that explain the capsule, the label and gut health in general. Each one answers a single question, so you can read only what you need.
Some guides are about fiber and gut bacteria, with no product focus at all. Others walk you through the bottle in your hand: how to take it, what to expect, and how to check it is genuine. The blog goes deeper into the research behind each ingredient.

Every guide follows the same rule: the printed label is the source of truth. When a fact is not on the label or the brand's order page, the guide says it is not published.
The pages are short on purpose. Most take five to eight minutes to read, and each one starts with a quick answer box so you can stop early if that is all you need.

Situations
Which guide fits your situation?
Readers arrive with different goals. Pick the card closest to yours and follow its two suggested pages.
You eat little fiber
Read the gut health guide first. Its food table shows how to add grams of fiber from meals, then see how a capsule adds to that.
You already take a probiotic
Read the prebiotic, probiotic or synbiotic post, then the Supplement Facts page, so you can compare strains and amounts.
You take daily medicine
Read the side effects page and bring the label to your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
You are about to buy
Use the buyer's checklist, then check the pricing page to pick a pack that fits inside the 60-day window.
You started last week
Read the results timeline and the how-to-use page. Early gas is common, and a fair test takes weeks.
Your bottle looks different
Read the batch verify page. It explains the seal, the lot label and how to reach the order desk.

Where should a new reader start?
If you have ten minutes, read the pages in this order. Each step builds on the one before it, and none of them needs any science background.
Learn the basics
Open the gut health guide. It explains fiber, bacteria and the words used on every label in this category.
Read the label
Go to the Supplement Facts page and see exactly what one Sodatide capsule holds, in milligrams.
Compare with the research
Read the dose vs. research post. It shows how the label amounts relate to the studies behind each ingredient.
Score it yourself
Use the buyer's checklist to rate any gut product, including this one, on seven clear points.
Check safety
Read the side effects page, especially if you take medicine or have a health condition.
Plan your first weeks
If you decide to try it, the how-to-use and results timeline pages help you set a fair test period.

Method
How are the Sodatide guides written and checked?
Every guide is written and reviewed by the Sodatide Editorial Desk. The desk works from the product label, the brand's order page and published studies.
- Facts come from the printed label first. Marketing copy comes second.
- Anything the brand does not print is written as "not published", never guessed.
- Each study is linked to the journal, PubMed or an agency page, and was opened before it was cited.
- Study results describe the ingredient at the studied dose, not this exact formula.
- When a guide changes, the "Last updated" date at the top moves forward.
Corrections are welcome. If you spot a number that does not match your label, send a photo of the panel to the website inbox and the desk will check it against the guide.
You can read more about the desk and how it earns money on the about page.
Medical
Can the guides replace advice from a doctor?
No. The guides explain labels and research in general terms. They cannot weigh your health history, your medicines or your test results.
If a guide leaves a question open, write to the website desk. It can fix an error or point you to the right page, but it cannot see orders or give medical advice.

Limits
What do the guides not cover?
Some topics sit outside these pages on purpose. Knowing the limits helps you look in the right place.
- Diagnosis or treatment of any condition, including IBS, diabetes or weight problems.
- Personal dose changes. The guides repeat the label dose and nothing more.
- Order status, tracking or refunds. Those go to the phone desk, not the website inbox.
- Other brands by name. The buyer's checklist works on any label, so no rival product is scored.
- Facts the brand has not released, such as the CFU count, the strain amounts or the factory name.
If one of these matters to you, the right next step is usually a doctor, a pharmacist or the order desk.
