Sodatide Website Privacy Policy
Quick answer
This site collects very little. Our server keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and we keep emails you send us. The site sets no advertising cookies and sells no data. Orders and payments happen on the brand's order page, so card details never touch this site.
Fit check
Who runs this website, and what does this policy cover?
This website, sodatidenow.com, is run by Sodatidenow, an authorized American Sodatide outlet. This policy explains what the site learns about visitors, why, and what choices you have.
It covers the pages on this domain only. It does not cover the brand's order page, your email provider, or any other website we link to.

Collect
What information does this site collect?
The site collects very little, because it is an information site with no accounts, no log-in and no checkout. What it does collect falls into three groups.
| Type of data | What it includes | When it is collected | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server logs | IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from, date and time | Every time a page loads | To deliver pages, stop abuse and fix errors |
| Messages you send | Your name, email address and whatever you write | Only when you email us | To answer you and fix mistakes you report |
| Font requests | Your IP address and browser details, sent by your browser to Google | When a page loads its web fonts | To show the site's typefaces |
| Payment or card details | None | Never on this site | Orders are paid on the brand's order page |
| Health information | None requested | Never on purpose | Please do not email medical details |
Cookies
Does this site use cookies, analytics or ad trackers?
No. As of the effective date, the site itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics script and loads no advertising pixels.
- No advertising cookies and no retargeting pixels.
- No social media tracking buttons.
- No third-party analytics script on any page.
- No sale of personal information, and no sharing for targeted ads.
- The only outside request a page makes is for its web fonts, from Google Fonts.
If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy, change the effective date and describe the tool here before it goes live. Any analytics we add will not be used for advertising unless this policy says so first.
Orders
What happens to your data when you click an order button?
Order buttons send you away from this site to the brand's order page. Checkout, payment and delivery details are handled there, so your card number never touches sodatidenow.com.
You click an order button
The button opens a short redirect page on this site. Our server log records that the page was requested, like any other page.
You land on the order page
The redirect sends you to the brand's order page at mysodatide.com. From that moment, its own privacy policy and terms apply.
You check out there
Your name, address, email and card details go to the order page and its payment processor. We do not receive your card number.
The order desk helps you
Tracking, changes and refunds go through the order desk. The website inbox cannot see orders.
Use
How do we use the information we collect?
We use it to run the site and to answer you. That is the whole list.
- To load pages quickly and keep the site working.
- To spot and block attacks, spam and misuse.
- To find broken links and pages that fail to load.
- To reply to your emails and correct errors you report.
- To meet a legal duty, such as a valid court order.
We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not match visitors to ad networks, and we do not use your email to send marketing unless you ask for it.
Rights
What privacy rights do US residents have?
A growing number of states give residents rights over their personal information. California has the best-known law, and states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon have similar ones.
| Right | What it means | How it works here |
|---|---|---|
| Know and access | Ask what personal information we hold about you | Email us; we search logs and mail we can link to you |
| Delete | Ask us to erase your information | We delete emails and any log lines we can match to you |
| Correct | Ask us to fix wrong information | We update or remove it |
| Opt out of sale or sharing | Stop the sale of your data or its use for targeted ads | We do neither, so there is nothing to stop |
| No discrimination | You are treated the same after using a right | Always |
To use a right, email the website inbox with the subject line "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your email address. We answer within the time your state's law sets. An authorized agent may ask for you with your written permission.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request. Since we do not sell or share data for ads, the signal changes nothing on this site, but we honor it anyway.
Children
Does this site collect information from children?
No. The site is meant for adults, and it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Sodatide itself is a supplement for adults 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not email us personal details or place an order. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
How is information kept safe, and how long is it kept?
We keep as little as possible and protect what we keep. No online service is perfectly secure, so we also limit how long data stays with us.
- Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Only the people who run the site can read server logs and email.
- No card numbers, passwords or health records are stored here.
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Server logs | Only as long as needed for security and fixing errors, then deleted or rotated out |
| Emails you send | As long as needed to answer you and keep a record of corrections |
| Privacy requests | As long as the law asks us to keep a record of them |
Links
What about links to other websites?
Some pages link to journals, government pages and the brand's order page. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not control them, and this policy does not cover them.
For the rules that govern use of this site, see the terms and conditions. For what our health and results statements mean, see the disclaimer.
Choices
What choices do you have right now?
You can limit what reaches us, even before you make any formal request. Each of these takes a minute or less.
Block outside fonts
A content blocker can stop the Google Fonts request. Pages still work and fall back to your device's own fonts.
Write less, not more
When you email us, a first name and your question are enough. We never need your address or medical details.
Use private browsing
A private window keeps your own browser history clean. It does not hide your IP address from any website.
Ask for deletion
Once your question is answered, you can ask us to delete the thread. We will confirm when it is done.
