Is it a one-time charge or a subscription?
It is a one-time charge. There is no 1-bottle pack and no subscription. A bottle holds 30 capsules, and a pack does not renew by itself. The official packs shown on this site have no monthly plan.
Check the pack names too. The official packs are 2, 3 and 6 bottles. See the pricing page for the full list.

Safety
How do you keep your payment safe?
- Never send a full card number, security code or password by email, to the site or to anyone. The order desk does not need them to find an order.
- Use the order buttons on this site, not a link from an ad you cannot check.
- Compare the price: genuine packs run $49 to $79 a bottle. A much lower price is a warning sign. See the where to buy Sodatide post.
- Save the order email. It holds your order ID, which the desk uses to find your order.
- Keep your card statement lines for the charge and, later, any refund.
The where to buy page explains how to check a seller before you pay.
Refunds
How does a payment come back as a refund?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase. Phone the order desk with your order ID, then mail the bottles to 90 Park Avenue, Floor 15, New York, NY 10016, with your name, email and order ID. The buyer pays return postage.
The refund is issued to the card you paid with, 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited. Your bank then takes 5 to 10 days to show it. Plan on one to three weeks. Whether the 2-bottle shipping fee is refunded is not published, so ask when you call.

Family
What if you are paying for a parent?
Use an email you read every day, because your order ID and tracking arrive there. Ask the parent's doctor or pharmacist about the label before you order, as the label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician.
